Amazon FBA: Selling Privileges Removals

Note, that Business License is not always applicable for you (as it is for me). I was able to have my seller privileges reinstated without having  Business License in Israel or US.

For the first time my account was released for selling w/o having active listings, or contracts. I was explaining, that I just completed my application for seller procedures and I’m in process of looking for suppliers. I didn’t look for suppliers ahead of time as I was not sure Amazon will approve my seller request.

I suppose I gotten my second notification/selling-reservation because there were any records at Amazon seller-performance department about my contracts with suppliers. Yet didn’t get my selling privileges reinstated for the second time, but hope this will happen, as I provided all requested documents.

Note, that for the contracts copy you can go to Alibaa.com orders -> View Order -> View Contract. Then you can print it into soft-copy PDF. I have  Foxit Reader installed for this purpose on my Windows Laptop.

For the second time, all the documents’ files were too large to send by mail. I also did not want to send it to wrong department. This link http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contact-us/general-questions.html was redirected to here https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us for me with too many options not related to seller… My solution in this case was:

  • to reply seller-performance@amazon.com as they requested previously with explanation why I’m replying and not uploading where they requested
  • to upload all at my Google drive linked to my business mail and to get a shareable link. Some of the light-weight documents I did attach to my replay for immediate review purposes.
I wasn’t sure documents will reach right department such a way

“Please provide the following documents and confirm there is a valid credit card on file:

Utility bill with name and address visible
Business license
–If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days.

You can send files in .pdf, .png, or .gif format. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. Please send the documents to seller-performance@amazon.com.”
